Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is 100% free, with no minimum purchase required.
What are the delivery times?

- Order cutoff time: 4:00 PM (GMT-08:00 – Pacific Time)
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
- Transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total estimated time (processing + delivery): 4–9 business days, depending on your location (Monday to Friday)
🗓️ Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted in delivery times.
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
Don't worry: our “No Stress Delivery” service is included. Your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox, if the dimensions allow it.
If not, the package will be redirected to a nearby pickup point.
Which carriers do you use?
We mainly work with USPS, depending on your delivery area. They provide fast, reliable service with tracking.
I haven't received my package yet, what should I do?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
How long do I have to return an item?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, whether the product is defective or not, within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be new, never used
- The original packaging and tags must remain intact
How does the refund work in case of a return?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
